Yoga Burn Review
Yoga Burn – what is it?
Yoga Burn is a 12-week yoga program created by Zoe Bray Cotton that is designed especially for women to lose weight and tone up by doing yoga. Yoga Burn (also known as “Her Yoga Secrets“) is designed to help women lose weight and tone their bodies with yoga that is calm and relaxing. In additional to weight loss, this 12-week program is for stress management, and improving your flexibility and strength.
The Yoga Burn program is comprised of nine workout videos. These nine workouts are structured around 3 phases that each lasts 4 weeks, making it a complete 12-week program. Yoga Burn program is unique because of it uses a technique called Dynamic Sequencing. This technique teaches you how to perform each movement properly and increases the challenge when your body starts to get too familiar to the routine. This promotes natural and healthy weight loss.
Yoga Burn program is in video format, and you can download it to your computer or mobile device, or have the DVD selection delivered to you.
For whom the Yoga Burn is for?
This yoga program is marketed for women, of all ages, that want to lose weight without pills, powders or potions. For those who want to lose weight and get in shape without lifting heavy weights and spending countless hours in the gym. Yoga Burn is designed to suit women of all fitness levels. If some of the workouts are too challenging, there are modifications offered so you can make it easier for you.
This program is designed for women, and I know that woman’s body is different from that of a man, but I don’t see no reason why this couldn’t be for men also. Yoga is great for your mind and for your body. It doesn’t matter what age or what gender you are.
What to expect from Yoga Burn
You can expect from the Yoga Burn that you won’t have to be using sweaty yoga mats in an overpriced and crowded studio, or fight through traffic to get to the gym. Yoga Burn is a program that will offer you a progressive challenge during the 12-weeks. You can expect that you can see results in your stress management, flexibility, strength, stamina, and see results in the mirror by shaping-up and losing weight. All in the comfort of your own home and on your own time.
“Dynamic Sequencing is a way of doing exactly the right pose, for the right amount of time, in the right sequence, to perfectly challenge your body, without pushing too far.”
What you get when you purchase Yoga Burn?
When you purchase Yoga Burn you will be getting 9 different workout videos and two bonus videos. There are 3 different phases and in each phase, there is 3 workouts. Each of the phase should last 4 weeks, so in total Yoga Burn is 12-weeks long. Each of the workouts are only 15-minutes long, but you repeat them for a total of 45-minutes. In Yoga Burn program you have 3 workouts for a week and the Tranquility Flow as a bonus. So, at least 3 days of yoga per week.
You will also gain access to an mp3/audio version of the Yoga Burn. You can just download the workouts and do them anywhere you want to.
Broken down in into three different phases, starting from an easy beginning and gradually becoming more intense as you progress through the phases.
Phase 1: Foundation Phase
As the name implies, this is where you build the foundation of strength and flexibility, and for the rest of the program. This phase is all about the basics. You will be introduced and clearly instructed how to do different yoga poses and how to have a correct form, so you can improve safely and effectively. You will build a mind-body link and how and when you should breathe during each pose.
Phase 2: Transitional Flow Phase
After the first 4-weeks you should be familiar with different poses. The second phase of the program is how to transition from one pose to the next one, and how to string all of the poses into a single sequence. As you start combining the poses the workouts gets more challenging and you become stronger, more flexible and start build stamina. This phase also includes yoga sequences that can lower your stress levels and increase your mood.
Phase 3: Mastery Flow Phase
After two months of Yoga Burn you should see some results in your body and in your mood. The lash phase is combining all you have learned and achieved so far and move forward to more advanced poses and sequences that will help your body to change. In the third phase, there are more compound movements that engages both the upper and lower body at the same time. This is the most challenging phase and I felt that I got the most out of the program during this phase. As long as you have done the two prior phases you shouldn’t have any big problems with this one.

Yoga Burn Conclusion
First of all, I have to say that I like doing yoga. There are many proven benefits that comes from doing yoga and it’s not all physical benefits, your mind also enjoys yoga. From improving your flexibility, preventing injuries to relaxing your system. Yoga is safe and it’s suitable for women and men, and I don’t know why they are marketing this for women only. All of the benefits of yoga is included in Yoga Burn program with an extra of progressive challenge that really keeps you motivated and seeing results.
What I don’t like about Yoga Burn is that this is marketed more or less as a weight loss program. Sure, you can lose weight doing yoga but it wouldn’t be mine first pick for trying to lose weight. I don’t believe that even the most forceful power yoga techniques would be as good as cardio workout would be for losing weight. You can build a sweat during Yoga Burn, but that same time being used doing cardio would have more significant results in calories burned.
It all comes down to what your goals are and what you want. Doing yoga is a lot more effective than doing nothing, and it’s great for maintaining your weight or losing a couple of pounds. It’s possible to lose weight with Yoga Burn and even build muscle, and if you’re looking for an alternative to gyms and normal cardio, Yoga Burn could well be what you are looking for. I believe that doing Yoga Burn actively can change your body and life, but wouldn’t get my hopes up for losing a ton of weight.
